Homestyle Meatloaf with Rhino Bacon Cheddar Pretzels

Yields1 Serving
 2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
 2 Eggs
 ½ cup Milk
 ½ cup Onion - diced
 1 Carrot - diced
 1 Celery Stalk - diced
 ¼ cup Bacon Cheddar Pretzel Crumbs
 ¼ cup Bread Crumbs
 ½ cup Ketchup
 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 1 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
 1 tsp Pepper
 ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
 4 Bacon Slices

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease baking sheet.

In a small bowl, whisk eggs and milk and add bread and pretzel crumbs on top. Set aside.
In another small bowl mix ketchup, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, pepper, ginger.
For meatloaf - mix ground beef, onion, carrot, celery, crumb mixture. Form into two loafs and place on baking sheet. Place two slices of bacon lengthwise on each loaf. Spread part of sauce on top and spread additional sauce throughout cooking process.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 - 1.5 hours or until cooked thru.
